What is Food Revolution Day?
- The Food Revolution and Food Revolution Day are the creations of chef and cookbook author, Jamie Oliver. The Food Revolution is Jamie’s idea to make America a leader in the quest for better food, and a healthier population by inspiring everyone to get back to basics in the way we cook and eat – eschewing processed foods and embracing cooking good food from scratch. From this seed idea, Jamie hopes to bring together millions of people and inspire the nation to fight obesity with better food.
