Art at Redbud Cafe
Currently on display – New work from local photographer, Tasha Brieger Corradini –
Lavender Fields • Photographs by Tasha Brieger Corradini
Tasha’s photographs will be on display at Redbud Cafe and available for purchase through Brieger Pottery. Be sure to look for her own line of Hill Country Lavender products, available at Brieger Pottery, year round and at the new Farm Store Location during the bloom season.
About the Artist
Blanco native Tasha Brieger Corradini, began work for Robb Kendrick as a photo assistant in 1999, while a high school junior, and was later recruited by Kendrick’s wife Jeannie Ralston, to help with their growing lavender business. Tasha was involved with the development and expansion of the lavender product line, and during the 2004 and 2005 seasons was the farm’s manager. In 2006, Tasha—already well versed in all things lavender—purchased Hill Country Lavender. Since that time Tasha has worked hard on updating the look and feel of the company, expanding the line of lavender products, re-designing the packaging, and most recently, establishing new fields and farm store, a few miles from the original location.
Hill Country Lavender’s farm store and lavender field is open to the public during the blooming season, which runs from mid-May thru July. The farm setting is a spectacular panorama of undulating land and beautiful live oaks – a natural inspiration for these stunning photographs!

Points of Interest, Watercolors and drawings by local artist, Janet Bruce Natwick
- Opening Friday, September 6 – Meet the Artist from 4-6pm
- with live music by Larry Natwick Duo
About the Artist
Janet Bruce Natwick, Artist Bio
Janet has been drawing and painting all her life, having grown up with an artist father who never failed to bring her back something from the art supply store.
A Dallas native, she lived for many years in the Pacific Northwest, before moving back to Dallas, and finally to the Texas Hill Country. The lifelong habit of walking and taking snapshots is the basis of her practice. With the exception of the more abstract pieces, she works from her own photos, and occasionally from old family pictures. She has always been drawn to linear structures, architectural landscapes, shadows, deep colors, winter trees, and dark skies.
The “Points of Interest” in this exhibit represent the emotional impact of places, including one’s own backyard.
